Our objective at World Food Marketplace is to offer top-quality products that make returns unnecessary. Nonetheless, we understand that occasional returns may occur. In such cases, consult with a store associate who will guide you according to the policy outlined below.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

World Food Marketplace will happily exchange or refund products that fails to meet your expectations.

 

If you prefer a refund over an exchange, the refund will be processed in the same way you initially paid for the product, in accordance with legal refund requirements specific to the payment method.

 

Most unopened non-grocery items sold by World Food Marketplace in new condition and returned within 90 days will receive a refund or exchange. 

Returns and exchanges without a receipt may be limited. 

If you don't have the proof of purchase (examples include receipts, digital barcodes, packing slips), you may receive a refund in the form of a store credit.

EXCLUDED ITEMS

 

The following items are excluded from exchanges and/or refunds. All sales of these items are final:

 

- Gift Cards (all types)

- Prepaid Phone Cards

- Prepaid Cards

- Postage Stamps

- Western Union Services (including Money Orders)

- Lottery Tickets

- Other prepaid services

- Packaged meat that has been opened

 

 

ITEM EXCEPTIONS

 

- Alcohol: Exchanges and refunds are not allowed.

 

- Tobacco: Items can only be refunded or exchanged if they are unopened.

 

Baby Formula

 

Without a receipt, baby formula can only be exchanged for an identical product (same brand, flavor, and size).

 

With a receipt, refunds for baby formula will be processed in the way it was originally paid, except for purchases made using WIC.

 

For baby formula bought with WIC, exchanges can be made for an identical product only, whether a receipt is present.
